It happened by chance. I didn't use any of the age filters, just something I noticed. My youthful appearance in the first one really struck me though, and in that last one I look much more my age than I normally do.

I made a new profile pic for my Twitter and Instagram accounts using that Hugging Face website. I used one of my latest batch of Faceapp photos as the base. Didn't want my profile pic to be just the photo as a certain friend hasn't seen any of those yet.

Was playing around with that HuggingFace app to create a new Twitter profile background. I really liked two of the results and don't think I shared the "originals" before, at least not with the glasses. The base photos were taken on December 1st, by the way. Sadly the smiles weren't genuine but were added in via Faceapp. That's me in my nightie in the first one BTW. How shameless of me I really like how the second came out. Think I'll use as my avatar.

Thank you. I like using that app because it looks like someone's painted me. I can't afford to commission anyone to do that so this is nice to have instead. Even though it's adding another layer of separation from me, it strips away some of the artificiality that Faceapp adds - for example you can't really tell that the glasses and smiles were added in later. I have improved with my photography skills. Improving my light source certainly helped. I also learnt the type of angles that Faceapp likes, and those it really doesn't. I think I've also been more discerning in what I share too. I am pleased with those first two I shared way back in June though. They're from the night I wore a dress and stockings for the first time. I took dozens of photos that night recording it for posterity. Though the quality wasn't very good, and they do make me look much younger than I am, those two images really helped break down walls inside me. I look a lot like my mother, and always thought that would be more or less what I would see when I put on a dress. Obviously more masculine and taller but you get the idea. However I didn't see her, I saw her daughter instead, me. I hadn't named myself yet, but seeing these come out of Faceapp was the first time I saw Sandi. I saw who I really was and what I could actually look like.

Nice memories, at a time when a lot of people reminisce (new years).

I took some photos immediately after I got up on Wednesday. I was feeling very happy and very feminine, and wanted to catch how I felt. It was cold and only wearing a babydoll nightie so I wrapped myself up in my duvet. I've put these through Faceapp. The quality may not be as good as recent photos, but the best I could get in the moment. Faceapp recognised these as female, which was a nice start. The first here is just the Feminine filter applied, the second adds a smile and make-up. The first photo didn't change all that much from the original, so that is very close to how I really look.

Later on Wednesday that bikini I've been raving about arrived. Given how happy I was I took some more photos of me wearing it. I kept my glasses on for those. I wear them almost all the time I'm awake. I am very much a glasses girl and enjoy seeing myself that way too. For these Faceapp saw me as male Rather than applying the extra feminised filter, I just applied the basic one. I saved that, then loaded it to apply the feminine hairstyles and smiles. The first is me with a bob cut, the second adds a smile and make-up. As with the other set I just posted, the filter didn't change all that much. Therefore these look very similar to how I'd look with my hair done, and some make-up applied

If that's true you're not too far off from being able to pass already. That's wonderful!

I'm very happy that you think so! I've thought many times what I'd look like if I just got my hair and make-up done. In the first pair there it didn't do anything with my hair, that's the mess it was just after I woke up.
I compared the first photo with the original, just to see that I wasn't kidding myself. I found that I hadn't deluded myself, Faceapp only made some minor changes to the original.

I put my summer dress on this evening and admired myself in the mirror. I think I looked really nice and felt quite pretty. I tried taking a few photos of myself both in the mirror and just as normal. As it's just a small mirror it was difficult to do, so didn't actually take any of those. I took the others with a view to just sharing them on here as I am. Unfortuately the light in here isn't great and they came out a bit grainy. I also didn't like them as much as Mirror Lily. I took five in the end and put them through Faceapp, only two got saved. One of them looks much the same as others I've taken, but one came out OK. Funnily enough it was the one Faceapp thought was female to begin with. Here's the photo. All I did was add the feminine filter that they give for female faces, and added some make-up. Unusually the make-up is quite subtle, all I noticed was some lipstick. The hair is pretty much as in real life, perhaps slightly less receding, and some of the colours blended in places. I mirrored the image by flipping it, and have posted both as a comparison. The regular one is first, the mirrored second. I honestly wish I could get my make-up done in real life. I really want to know how good I could look as I am now. This isn't too far off though I think.

Looks good! Makeup is a blast. If you ever get the house to yourself for a day I say you should give it a try!
