Hello there everyone,
I wanted to post this here out in public, because I cannot shout it from the rooftops as I'd like to. This should probably all be in bold, all caps and a huge font size.
I wanted to tell you that one of the very best benefits of finding out my true gender, is all the friendships I've made on here. To have those, and to feel part of a group, our little sorority, feels simply wonderful. Sharing all of the new experiences with you has been amazing. You have supported me through many issues, some of them quite complicated. In addition, shopping for new clothes is made so much more fun by showing you what I'm buying. Putting photos through Faceapp feels more meaningful knowing that I have someone to share them with. I also love all the compiiments I get too. What woman wouldn't, especially one that's just discovered herself. Through all of that and more, I am not a trans girl doing this all on her lonesome.
Furthermore I doubt I would have found this out so easily and readily had it not been for everyone here. I could share all those new discoveries about myself with you all. It made it more real for me. It helped to firm up those discoveries so that I could set out again in search of more. You bore witness to the woman that was finally being found. Indeed you were the first to be told that's what I was, the first to know me as Sandi, and to call me that.
This isn't just all about me and the benefit I get though. From your posts I see the good that it does you to be here too. I am glad, and somewhat honoured, to be part of this side of your life that you can't be elsewhere. I've seen your photos, read your new discoveries and your innermost thoughts as you have mine. I think I have been a friend to you, as I know you all have been to me. Long may that continue!
To tie all of that back to the time of year. It feels really nice to have friends like you that I can warmly wish a ...
Merry Christmas
Sandi
