I ordered the second one there, and the third too as it was only £10. I also got a basic cream cardigan should I want to cover my bare arms.
It's my birthday coming up so I felt like treating myself. Also it's still using the giftcard my brother sent me at Xmas.

Ahhh they all look good! (Which is incredibly unhelpful I know, but as you've already ordered them by this point, I may as well say that as struggle to pick a favourite!)

One of the dresses came yesterday. It was left out in the rain but fortunately the packaging did it's job in protecting it.
I'll be trying it out once I get the house to myself. I haven't put on a dress or skirt for a while now, so much so I noticed I was reticent in doing so. It's therefore definitely time to do so again. I shouldn't see it as a such a big deal, so I shouldn't get out of the habit.
Not promising anything, but I might post a picture of me in the dress later.

I feel so pretty wearing this. I love all the embroidered parts and the sleeves. It's my new favourite outfit for sure. These aren't the best photos but good enough.

Thank you. I wore it for hours yesterday. When I put it on I really got a thrill and I felt so happy. I'll be wearing this with my flashy gold shoes on Saturday. I think it's funny that effectively my brother is buying these dresses for me.

That does look really nice, and soft and comfy too. Is the cardigan separate (although designed to be part of the same outfit), or attached?

You're right it is very comfortable. I played it safe by getting the largest size, so it's quite loose. On Saturday I'll be wearing something underneath to flatten my stomach. Also I'll be wearing those golden shoes which should go well with all the white.
The cardigan is separate. I remember that you recommended it cover up my hairy arms, so I got one not just for this, but for more general use.

I am going to have some alone time soon so I ordered a cheap dress, panties and a pair of tights.

I also just find cardigans very comfy and snuggly for keeping warm anyway. Just wrap yourself up in them and it's like your own portable blanket fort 😢

My shopping trip on Saturday was very successful. The place my two friends took me to had a great selection of high quality second-hand clothes, all at very good prices.
It was so helpful to have my two friends with me. They both made suggestions as what I might like to try, helping me to have the confidence to try on colours and styles outside of my typical range.
I used their changing rooms without any bother. The only issue was that it was very hot and humid in there so the clothes were sticking to me. At least I found out what fitted and what I liked seeing myself in. I did wish I had worn a bra and my shapewear but will know for next time.
In the end I bought five items, three dresses and two tops, all for under £40. While the store assistant was explaining that I couldn't return the items, she said that it shouldn't be an issue as I'd already tried them on. She said that to me as she would to any cis woman, which I really appreciated.
That evening I went out wearing one of the tops. It looks like a black top over a flowery black blouse. Nothing that would stand out, but definitely feminine if you saw the pattern on the blouse part. The event I was going to was put on specifically for the LGBT+ community, and so I wanted to wear something that was definitively feminine. I've worn tops designed for women out a lot, but these have all been plain, and so can easily pass for male clothing. It was a nice little step to take. I didn't have to psyche myself up at all, it all felt very natural and the right time to make some progress with this.

The other top I got is a long sleeved, flared garment. It has one solid colour, a golden brown, which is very much outside my usual palette. It's quite figure hugging around my chest, but the flares leave room for my larger tummy.
Now for the dresses. The first is half sleeved, covering just past my knees. It's black with a floral design. I was after something like that so it was great to find one. I've put it on at home and immediately felt so pretty and feminine in it.
The second is a sleeveless purple cocktail dress, only comin down to a bit above my knees. When I tried it on at home, I surprisingly thought I looked attractive in it as it shows off how my body narrows from my chest to my waist.
The third is a knee-length,sleeveless, blue and white floral summer dress. I was told that the blue matches my eyes ☺️. As with the other two I feel very feminine in them. For me it has more of a mature feel to it, while still feeling quite stylish.
I've noticed how I like that all three show off my proportionally longer body. I really want to top these off with a nice hairdo and pretty make-up
I'm really looking forward to wearing these out. For the time being with RTrans folk. However I think these will give me the confidence to present femme to the cishet world, perhaps even to the upcoming Pride event here in town. For that to happen I really need some comfortable shoes to walk about in. That's obviously my next clothing purchase.

The progress and bravery you have shown is just incredible. I am so happy for you and proud of you. This seems like so much fun. What a great day and what great friends you have made.
