I figured that one or two items delivered to the house would be OK so long as they weren't obviously from a woman's only fashion line. I was frustrated at not being able to buy some 3/4 length leggings. I found these and have ordered them. I am pleased with the look and the price. The company is a general clothing store so felt that it would be fine White Capri LeggingsThese came this afternoon, and have just put them on. I got the size just right, not too tight and not too loose. They feel nice and comfy, and very different to my male attire. The lace trim and the length really help with that. These are something I can really lounge around in. I can easily fit them under a pair of jeans or tracksuit bottoms for whenever I need to go to the kitchen or bathroom. Sandi-Mae Perfect. I think you nailed it with that purchase!

I put together a basket of clothes I'm going to buy. Will have to wait until next week though. Rockabilly V-Neck Top Off the shoulder blouse Black Flared Skirt Black LeggingsI ordered some underwear too, but I'm too shy to share today All this combined with what I already have will give me 2 pairs of leggings, a skirt, 2 tops and 2 dresses plus a selection of underwear. That should keep me going for a while. Once I have more money coming in I can look to get more. I'm thinking of at least one item a month, costing no more than around £25 / €30 / $35 I picked these up from the locker this afternoon. I'll write about how that went elsewhere, don't worry it was all good. I've opened the packages up and they all look very nice, some nicer than expected. It's too hot to try them on now, but will do later. Really looking forward to doing so too. Fingers crossed I got the sizes right!

Isn't it like Christmas going and getting your stuff from the locker? Honestly its the closest I feel to when I was a kid opening presents on Christmas lol.

I've just tried everything on and it feels glorious. Everything fits well enough, nothing too tight or too baggy.
Finally I have a bra that not only fits but I can properly fill too. I feel safe wearing it about the house too. My chest is already quite visibile without one, so the change in shape is only noticable if you're looking.
The biggest highlight was the feeling I had holding the skirt just before I put it on. A huge wave of gender euphoria hit me. It carried on after I put on and admired myself in it. It's still there too I think. It just feels so right wearing it. I can look at my legs and see that they are women's legs. Fortunately my lower calves aren't particularly hairy. The stockings and my thighs generated my euphoria last time. It seems that I get a lot of gender affirmation from my legs. Perhaps I just need it more in that part than in others are fairly womanly already.
Though everything fits I think the next thing I need is some shapewear to lessen the size of my large tummy. That's definitely next on my list, that and another nice skirt.
Nice to share this with you all.
xox,
Sandi Mae

I have definitely employed the use of shapewear and it has totally upped my game.

As this seems to be my clothes shopping thread thought I'd add this here. I ordered a few things this evening. Thought I'd treat myself. Turtleneck Jumpsuit - I think I'll love the feel of wearing this, and I'm quite fond of turtleneck tops too Wonder Woman t-shirt - I wanted a t-shirt that I could wear in my room with a skirt or leggings, or around the house with tracky bottoms and jeans. I had to order the men's version but ultimately it was for the design I got these ribbons in the end. Only £3 so if they're no good then it's no big loss

That all looks nice but I really like that jumpsuit a lot. Would go nicely with a nice girly pair of jeans!

Agreed. I think personally I'd prefer the jumpsuit without the turtle neck, but that's more just because I think with it, my neck would feel claustrophobic lol. From that point down I would definitely like one, and it looks super comfortable

One of my favourite combinations to wear right now is the swimsuit with my skirt. I like the feel of the swimsuit, and it takes care of the underwear and top elements. The skirt well that is just so very gender affirming, and makes it feel more suitable for lounging around in. Anyway thought I'd go for something similar but didn't want another swimsuit, and found that jumpsuit.
It's due to be delivered today so I'll let you all how the reality compares with the expectation quite soon.

The reality was different from the expectation. No matter how much I stretch it or contort myself, there's just no way I can fasten it It's stretchy enough for my size, but to fasten it I'd need either need to lose a lot of weight and/or be tucking. I think part of the problem is that my body is too long for it. For my height I'm quite long bodied and have relatively short legs. Perhaps the slimmer girls amongst us might have more joy with something like this. I think I've done OK so far in picking clothes so far, and this is my first "failure". I'll just have to make the best of it, and use it as a top instead. I'm the only one seeing that it's got those fastenings at the bottom, and they can be covered up by a skirt or leggings anyway.

Aww that's a shame At least hopefully you can still make use of it, like you say, even if not quite how you originally intended.
