What you describe is extremely common. Actualy, it quite often takes even less than what you describe to knock people off their diets after a bit of success. So good for you. Honestly the biggest thing with a diet is that you have to actually WANT to do it. Not just want to lose weight, but want to diet. Attitude is the most important thing. If you're not 100% into it, psyched about it, it probably wont work. That makes a lot of sense. I went vegan 5 years ago, and haven't slipped once and haven't had the temptation to slip either. On the whole "eating more healthy" one though, that's far more a need than a want. Hence trying to make small, barely noticeable changes, so it's not such a shock and I'm more likely to continue lol.

HOW. ABOUT. THEM. SPURS?!?!?!?
Tottenham beats the champions and Arsenal loses to the team that was newly promoted. It doesn't get much better than that.

That is an outstanding plan. Its sort of the dieting version of the workout plan I spoke about earlier where you take baby steps. The less you have to bite off at once the more likely it will work (no pun intended).

Most people who don't like Chelsea, hate Chelsea haha.
Although the best player on the USMNT plays for Chelsea.

Hold up there Jessica, are telling me you have some allegiance to them because of Pulisic? Do you have a pair of mid-blue pom-poms as well as white and navy? Are you all-in on Spurs or not?

I do root for Pulisic because we need him to be in top form to make the World Cup after embarrassingly missing out entirely in 2018. But I don't root for Chelsea, no.

I don't know if it really counts as a sport, but it's a sort of excercise I guess lol. We tried geocaching today. It was quite fun, although we weren't very good at finding them. Half the ones we went to we had to give up on because we just had no idea. Anyone else tried it?

I don't even know what you're on about. I've never even heard the term "geocaching" before. Must be something you youngsters get up too.

I also had never heard of it and had to Google it. It looks fun though it would be frustrating if there wasn't anything to find haha.

The team that the girl in my avatar cheers for is having a rough go of it. Iowa State. They barely won their first game against a lower division school and got beat soundly by their rivals in their first two games. They were supposed to be one of the better teams in the nation but it isn't working out that way.
Sorry dear!
I feel like I should change my avatar to represent the school I actually went to. Lets see if I can find something......

Not too bad I'd say

I would say that is pretty accurate to what you described! A beautiful blond haired blued eyed lady. Very KC!
