Hey gals, I don't actually play video games, but I play chess, and that online, so my wife accuses me of playing video games. Like a teenager she says. She says I am addicted. She doesn't appreciate chess at all. I do have an archer game where I player is female I didn't choose it it was just part of the game. I don't play it a lot but I love thinking of myself as a female. I want to play chess as a girl but officially if you change your gender with us f you can't go back. And I am afraid my wife will find out. It is the same reason when I use a feminine avatar in some of my games it doesn't last long I am so afraid my wife will see the avatar as I play , so I change it. I am such a chicken. I do the same thing. I dont pick the female character in games because I dont want my wife to find out!

Ooh, I play a bit of online chess š I'm not particularly good though - highest rating is 950 in dailies, and then that number rapidly decreases as you move down through the time controls lol! Do you tend to go for faster or longer games?

I've been playing a little bit of Final Fantasy XIV. Though it's just the demo version there is still a huge amount of the game available. I've mainly been in character creation making pretty female characters to play. I really wanted to just play a pretty woman/elf/etc to run around in a fantasy setting. I've been trying out the different races to see which one I like the best. Of course I've been turning the bust size up to the max to have what I don't in real life.

Haha, that is kind of funny. I am sure a lot of biological males do that but not for that reason!
I haven't played a game in awhile. I have Zelda (kids got it for me for fathers day) but haven't been able to play it yet.

I've never played Zelda but I know it's a really great series. Hope you can find some time to play, I've heard only good things about the new one.
In FF14 my main character is from a catgirl/foxgirl race, with the ears and tail to match. She has pink hair styled in twin pigtails. She's a martial artist so fights by punching enemies.

Sounds fun. I like punchers over shooters any day.
Zelda is a blast. This game is the 20th in the main series and I have beaten the first 19 going back to the original game from 1985.

There's a choice of classes you can select from - tank classes, melee with weapons not just fists, and Spellcasters. Given an option I always like to go in close and punch and kick. I've never liked shooters either, always preferred brawling games, especially to those where you can play dress-up

I haven't actually played any games in a while. I tend to go through cycles with it, and at the moment I'm in a phase where I do other stuff with any free time lol.
I had the original Link's Awakening on Gameboy pocket which I really enjoyed. It was one of the few games that I've ever actually beaten/completed. Also had a couple of the games for GameCube, but was less successful with them.

The others that are in the top tier are A Link to the Past on SNES, Majoras Mask on N64, Windwaker on Gamecube and of course Breath of the Wild. Theyre all good in my opinion although the two for DS are the only two I dislike.
